Hi! I’m a Bay Area cake decorator based in San Jose. I pour my heart into every cake, cupcake, and ice cream cake I make, just like this lovely strawberry heart cake! Our Custom Cake Process
Creating your dream cake is a collaborative process! Start with a blank canvas like this simple blue cake, and let your imagination soar. Here's how it generally works:
- Submit Your Vision: Use our detailed "Order Your Custom Cake" form below to tell us all about your desired cake, including flavors, design ideas, and inspiration photos.
- Consultation & Quote: We'll review your request and may contact you for a quick chat to finalize details. Then, we'll provide you with a personalized quote and estimated completion time.
- Confirmation & Payment: If you're happy to proceed, full payment or a deposit will secure your order. We accept payments via secure Stripe Payment Links (credit/debit cards) and Zelle. Details will be provided with your quote.
- Baking Magic: I'll get to work crafting your delicious and beautiful cake from scratch!
- Pickup/Delivery: Once your cake is ready, we'll arrange for pickup from our San Jose location or discuss local delivery options.
Please allow at least 1-2 weeks' notice for custom orders, more for complex designs or during peak seasons. For very intricate designs or large orders (like weddings), 1-3 months' notice is recommended.
